How to download and install the software
Just follow our simple process below to get up and running.

• Download and save the installation file to your computer.
  Download EXE format
  Download ZIP format
• Open or run the installation file once download is complete. Part way through the software installation you will be shown your LSC provider number (UPIN), computer 'fingerprint' and asked to enter your 'unlock code'.
• Contact us with your UPIN and 'fingerprint'. We recommend email rather than a telephone call to prevent mistakes when recording or typing the unlock code.
• We will reply with your 'unlock code' and you can fully install the software.
