Established in 1999 by former Senior Managers from Further Education colleges, Drake Lane Associates aims to develop products and services from the perspective of sector staff themselves. This principle of promoting improvement from the “inside out” has remained the key priority ever since. While expanding rapidly, we have continued to maintain our focus on recruiting quality practitioners from within the FE sector rather than outside “experts”.
