4CAST addresses all of these problems. 4CAST can be used with planning or actual data providing essential information at a time when fundamental management decisions on the operation of the curriculum can still be made -  a luxury not afforded by waiting for the release of the LSC's LIS software.

In addition, instead of wasting valuable time on data entry, 4CAST automatically populates the model with information on existing/planned courses and performance. A further benefit being greater accuracy through the incorporation of actual college profiles (i.e. recruitment, retention, etc.) rather than generic 'guesstimates'.

Purchasing 4CAST provides an unlimited software site license allowing it to be installed and run across the college. Please note that each licensing period runs for 12 months from the purchase date. An additional relicense fee will be payable for each subsequent 12 month period. The initial purchase fee also includes a half-day on-site session to cover basic training and to assist with implementation for up to 3 key staff (travel and accommodation expenses, where necessary, will be chargeable and further training can be made available at standard rates if required). All licences include support and unlimited software upgrades during the 12 month period of the license.
